1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, commissions, products, and services provided by [Your Name / Business Name] (“the Artist”).
By placing an order or commission, the client (“the Customer”) acknowledges and accepts these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this website or purchasing artwork.
2. Commissions
2.1 How Commissions Work
Commission requests may be accepted or declined at the Artist’s discretion.
Once a commission is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit (£50) will be required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the final artwork.
2.2 Process & Revisions
The Artist will provide updates or progress images at their discretion.
Minor adjustments may be requested during the process; significant alterations may incur additional fees.
Once the artwork is approved and completed, no further changes can be made.
2.3 Deadlines
Any timeframes given are estimates. The Artist will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by illness, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside their control.
3. Original Artwork (Non-Commissioned)
Original artworks are sold as physical products only.
Purchase of an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Customers may not reproduce, scan, print, edit, or distribute purchased original artworks without explicit written permission from the Artist.
4. Prints & Greeting Cards
All prints and cards are for personal use only.
Resale for profit, commercial use, or reproduction is not permitted without written permission.
Colours may vary slightly between digital images and the final printed product.
5. Payment & Pricing

Payment must be made through the approved methods listed on this website.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Shipping
Items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
The Artist is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by postal services.
6.2 Loss or Damage
If an order arrives damaged, the Customer must contact the Artist within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
Lost items must be investigated through the shipping provider; replacements may be offered at the Artist’s discretion.
7. Refunds & Returns
7.1 Originals, Prints & Cards
Due to the nature of artwork, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged on arrival.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
7.2 Commissions
Commission deposits are non-refundable.
Commissioned artwork cannot be returned or refunded once completed.
8. Copyright & Intellectual Property
8.1 Artist’s Rights
The Artist retains full copyright and all intellectual property rights for:
Commissioned artworks
Original artworks
Prints, cards, and digital images
This includes but is not limited to the right to reproduce, license, publish, and use the artwork for promotional purposes.
8.2 Customer Restrictions
Customers may not reproduce, copy, scan, alter, or distribute any artwork without written permission.
Commissioned works may be shared online by the Customer with clear credit to the Artist.
8.3 Reference Photos
By providing reference photos for a commission, the Customer confirms they have permission to use the image and grant the Artist rights to use it for the sole purpose of creating the artwork.
9. Use of Artwork for Promotion
The Artist may use images of completed artworks (including commissions) for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
If the commission is a gift or needs to remain private until a specific date, the Customer should notify the Artist in advance.
10. Website Content
All images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of the Artist.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information is only used for fulfilling orders and responding to inquiries.
Customer data will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing without consent.
12. Governing Law
